There is an open porch across the front of the villa with a view of the ocean, and a screened porch on the side. The patio at the rear overlooks a freshwater pool, where a charming spiral staircase leads to a very private sundeck with ocean views. The villa features a very large living room with Satellite TV, DVD and VCR. The bar is nestled under an archway that connects to the kitchen. The kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, range, oven, microwave, and all necessary small appliances. Adjacent is a laundry area with a full size washer and dryer. The dining room includes dinnerware and seating for eight. The beautiful private beach is just ten meters away from Casa Mullaney.
